When we get a little downtime in the workshop …
Hand-carved using tradition chairmaker’s tools and techniques, each of our 3-legged stools is it’s own entity. Hand-turned legs with wedged tenon joinery, and soft, formed seats. The carving and shaping process is refined until we are sure that each stool is comfortable as well as being pleasing to the eye.
We aim to make them to a practical scale, useful as ding or study seats, as well being neat occasional pieces
Each stool is signed, dated and numbered.
